The Sutter County Personnel Department is a centralized merit systems agency providing the following services to County departments and the County: Labor relations; recruitment, certification and processing of employees; administration of the classification and compensation plan and position allocation schedules; review of and compliance with non-discrimination laws; health insurance and benefit administration; risk management; and a variety of other mandatory compliance programs relating to personnel.
