ATTENTION: Sutter County Vendor Registration

In an effort to improve public access, vendor participation and competitiveness, our County has elected to publish all future Request for Proposals, Request for Qualifications and Notice to Bidders on the web-based procurement platform Bonfire. The effective date of this transition will be September 12, 2016.

    Before adding your business to our vendor list, please create a login profile. A login profile will enable you to make future changes online, such as adding companies, removing companies, and more.
  • Edit Your Profile
    Edit the details associated with your profile including contact information, company information, email address, and commodities codes.
  • View RFPs/IFBs
    View a list of all the currently open Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitation for Bids (IFBs).
  • Vendor Query
    View the Vendor List or search for a particular vendor.
