Reservations Available
The Veterans Memorial Building, operated by the County of Sutter as a service to the community, is available for rent. On a first come, first served basis, those renting the Veterans Memorial Building are granted use of the main auditorium and the kitchen.
Notice: As of May 15, 2024 the walk-in freezer is inoperable with no estimated repair date.

Availability
An online date reservation system is now available to check the availability of the building. If you do not wish to use the online reservation system, you may call the General Services Department at (530) 822-7473 and ask for about Veteran's Hall availability.

Reservations
To reserve a date for your event, please complete the "Request for Use of the Veterans' Memorial Hall Form" in the link below and return it to the Sutter County General Services Department at 146 Garden Highway, Yuba City, CA 95991.
Request for Use of the Veterans' Memorial Hall Form
Qualified Veterans organizations have been given first priority for use of the Veterans Memorial Building. All other users shall be granted use of the main auditorium and the kitchen on a first come, first served basis.

**The Non-refundable reservation fee must be paid within 14 calendar days of a reservation being made or the reservation will be cancelled.
Veterans Memorial Building Use Capacity
The hall capacity is 640 or 400 for a sit-down dinner. The hall includes a kitchen, tables and chairs.
Regular hours of use are from 9:00 a.m. on the rental date until 8:00 a.m. the following day.
Partial Day Set Up hours of use are from 6:00 p.m. until midnight, the day before your event & must be reserved in advance.
