Telecare is a family and employee-owned company that has been treating individuals with serious mental illness since 1965. They specialize in outcomes driven services for individuals who are at risk of crisis and hospitalization. Their programs are recovery-focused and clinically effective and are designed in partnership with local, county, state, and other behavioral health organizations. Sutter Yuba Behavioral Health contracts with Telecare to provide behavioral health services under 4 programs: New Haven Court Permanent Supportive Housing, Cedar Lane Permanent Supportive Housing, Support Hope Independence New Empowerment FSP (SHINE), and Innovative and Consistent Application of Resources and Engagement (iCARE).
