The programs in Adult Social Services are focused on connecting vulnerable, elderly, and/or disabled adults to supports and services that promote health and well-being in order to preserve their independence and dignity. These programs include the Adult Protective Services program, the In Home Supportive Services program, the In Home Supportive Services Public Authority, and the Public Guardian. All of these programs are focused on accomplishing the Sutter County mission of promoting the “health, safety, economic stability, and quality of life for our community.”
