OFC – Adult provides COED adult outpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment for those that are seeking help. OFC provides screening, assessment, treatment, and referrals for Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and/or Residential Treatment.

Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm

For New Clients/Intakes:

Clients must call and register first.

  • Walk-in triage screenings are available Tuesdays from 9:00am – 3:30pm and Thursdays 10am – 12pm
