OFC – Youth provides COED youth outpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment designed to be age appropriate for young people ages 12-17 interested in seeking help and/or learning about risk factors for the disease of addiction. OFC provides screening, assessment, education, treatment, and referrals for Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and/or Residential Treatment.
Youth can call 530-822-7200 Monday thru Friday 8am - 12pm / 1pm - 5pm and schedule an appointment (Front desk is closed between 12 - 1pm) Screenings are conducted in person or by phone or telehealth/computer.

Clients must call and register first.
- Walk-in, telephone or tele-health Screenings are available Tuesday and Thursdays 8am – 12pm and 1pm – 3pm
- Call for information or to register anytime 8am – 12pm / 1pm – 5pm Monday – Friday: 530-822-7200
- Front desk is closed daily from 12pm – 1pm for lunch
