Sutter County Public Health Education and Promotion services work to "Make the Healthy Choice, the Easy Choice" through policies, systems, and environmental changes that improve health outcomes for all Sutter County residents. In addition, these programs provide outreach and education regarding a variety of health and chronic disease related topics.
