Safe Sleep/Crib Program

Welcome to our Safe Sleep/Crib Program. Parents and caregivers have many questions about their baby’s safety, especially safe sleep in the early months.  Keeping your baby in a safe sleep environment will reduce the risk of SIDS or SUID (Sudden Infant Death or Sudden Unexplained Infant Death). We provide safety-approved portable cribs, free of cost, and can answer your concerns about safe sleep for your baby. Our program includes informative materials on safe sleep practices, allowing you to make informed choices for your baby's sleep routine.

Call (530) 822-7215 or 1 800 371-3177 or via email to talk with an MCAH staff member about your safe-sleep questions or needs and schedule an appointment for a portable crib.

We are committed to promoting the safety and well-being of your infant. Please explore the provided resources to make informed decisions and create a safe sleeping environment for your baby.
