BeWell Sutter County is an employee engagement and wellness program developed by employees, for employees and encourages us to take charge of our own wellbeing. Employees can personalize their experience by setting wellness goals that are specific to their interests and participating in ways that best meet their needs. They can earn exclusive perks for participation, including up to $525 in taxable incentives per fiscal year!

Program Overview

Outreach & Education

The Wellness Committee and HR will work together to ensure employees are well-informed of all resources available to them. This objective will be accomplished by a series of ongoing campaigns via website, social media, email, and in-person materials.

Incentive Program

The Incentive Program gives employees an opportunity to earn financial rewards for working toward their wellness goals. Start with the Wellness Assessment Survey to identify your goals. Then, choose from a variety of Engagements and Activities to meet those goals and maximize your incentive.

Wellness Extras

Wellness Extras are added benefits like discounts for local businesses, scholarship funds for community-sponsored activities, and other fun events that fall outside of the Incentive Program.
