Cedar Lane PSH is a mixed-use housing complex in Yuba County for individuals experiencing chronic homelessness. Just like its sister project New Haven Court, 19 of the residential units are specifically for individuals experiencing mental health challenges and 20 units are for other community members experiencing homelessness, and 1 until is in use for the resident manager. A team of supportive services staff members from Telecare also works onsite at Cedar Lane to provide case management, housing retention skills, linkage to community resources and supports, support groups, and engagement with substance use disorder and mental health recovery services. The start of operations date for Cedar Lane PSH is September 2022.
