New Haven Court PSH is a mixed-use housing complex in Sutter County for individuals experiencing chronic homelessness. 19 of the residential units are specifically for individuals experiencing mental health challenges that meet the requirements for service by SYBH. 20 units are for other community members experiencing homelessness, and 1 until is in use for the resident manager. A team of supportive services staff members from Telecare works onsite at New Haven to provide case management, housing retention skills, linkage to community resources and supports, support groups, and engagement with substance use disorder and mental health recovery services. New Haven Court began moving residents during May of 2021.
