Sutter County Public Health offers the following services by appointment only at the Public Health Clinic:

  • Immunizations:
    • Flu vaccinations are available for free to residents 6 months of age and older (not always available when out of season).
    • School required vaccines available include DTaP, Hep B, MMR, Polio, Td, Tdap, and Varicella.
    • Other vaccines offered for those under 19 years of age include Hep A, HPV, Hib, Meningococcal, PneumoConjugate, Rotavirus, and RSV.

     

    School-required and other vaccines offered to those under 19 years of age are free to those who qualify under the following programs:

    • Medicaid (Medi-Cal/CHDP) eligible
    • Uninsured: A child who has no health insurance coverage
    • American Indian or Alaska Native

    NOTE:  Others may receive vaccinations for an administration fee.

    • Vaccines offered for adults 19 years of age and older include Tdap, Hep B, Hep A, MMR, and Varicella. These vaccines are available for an administrative fee to those who qualify under one of the following criteria:
      • Uninsured (No health insurance coverage)
      • Underinsured (Public or private health insurance does not cover all vaccines or covers vaccines with a fixed dollar limit which has been reached)
      • Has Medicare Part B, but NOT Part D, then eligible for: Hep A, Hep B, MMR, and Varicella.
      • Has Medicare Part D, but NOT Part B, then eligible for Hep B.

      NOTE:  There is an administration fee.

  • TB tests are available to residents at a cost of $30.

  • Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 8 am - 4 pm

What to do:

  1. Review relevant vaccine information by selecting the folder (on the right on a desktop and at the bottom on a smartphone) for the vaccine(s) you would like to receive ("Flu Information", "COVID Vaccines Information", or "All Other Vaccine Information Sheets").
  2. Select the "Consent Forms" folder to view and complete the consent form -OR-
  3. Return the completed consent forms to Sutter County Public Health:
    • In-person at the Sutter County Public Health office (1445 Veterans Memorial Circle, Yuba City, CA 95993)

    • Email completed consent forms to iz@co.sutter.ca.us
  4. Call and schedule an appointment at (530) 822-7215
